We ship items internationally via EMS / DHL.
As a general rule, ordered items will be shipped within 5 business days after receipt of payment. After shipping, we will send you the tracking number and other details to your registered email address.
Keeenue will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.
Keeenue is not responsible for customs and import tariffs.

Delivery

As a general rule, ordered items will be shipped within 5 business days after receipt of payment.
Please note in case the ordered items are temporarily out of stock or in hot demand, etc., shipping may be delayed. We will contact you separately for this matter.

  

SHIPPING STATUS

After shipping, we will send you the tracking number and other details to your registered email address. Please note we cannot accept changes in the shipping address after shipping. 

 

Long-Term Absence / Refusal of Receipt

If you received a delivery notice due to absence, please contact the carrier for redelivery and collect the item within their storage period.
In case the item was not collected within the storage period, it will be automatically returned to the shop. At that point, it will be considered as canceled.
We will ship to the address as registered. Please check carefully and register the correct address.
For redelivery of items that have been returned to us once, separate shipping fee will be charged.
In case of refusal of receipt, it will be considered as cancellation without prior notice. We will separately charge the round trip shipping fee and handling fee.
Please note, in accordance with our standards, we may refuse future transaction in the case of refusal of receipt.
