Refund policy
INTERNATIONAL
We do not accept returns after you have placed your order.
Returns/Exchanges will only be issued for the following reasons:
- Damaged goods
- Received a different item from what you had ordered
If you received damaged goods or a different item from what you had ordered, make sure you contact hello@keeenue.com your order number, name, return item, within 10 days of receiving your order and return the items within 10 days.
Returns
If 10 days have exceeded after you receive the item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that you will have to pay for the shipping back to Keeenue.
Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Incomplete or used products may not be returned nor exchanged, or will be returned to you and the cost of the shipping will be payable by you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us using the inquiry form and return the item to us by freight collect.

Refunds
We will confirm the arrival of the returned goods and refund the price if the return conditions are met.
For bank transfer and convenience store payment, we will refund to the designated account.
For credit card payment, we will cancel the billing.
Cancellation at the time of ordering
Please note that we cannot handle partial cancellations when multiple orders are placed.
In the above case, please cancel all your orders and place your order again.
Cooling Off
Cooling-off is a system that applies to door-to-door sales, and is not required to apply in mail-order sales.
This site is a mail order that customers can access and purchase. Therefore, please note that the cooling-off system does not apply.
