As a general rule, ordered items will be shipped within 5 business days after receipt of payment.
Please note in case the ordered items are temporarily out of stock or in hot demand, etc., shipping may be delayed. We will contact you separately for this matter.
After shipping, we will send you the tracking number and other details to your registered email address. Please note we cannot accept changes in the shipping address after shipping.
If you received a delivery notice due to absence, please contact the carrier for redelivery and collect the item within their storage period.
In case the item was not collected within the storage period, it will be automatically returned to the shop. At that point, it will be considered as canceled.
We will ship to the address as registered. Please check carefully and register the correct address.
For redelivery of items that have been returned to us once, separate shipping fee will be charged.
In case of refusal of receipt, it will be considered as cancellation without prior notice. We will separately charge the round trip shipping fee and handling fee.
Please note, in accordance with our standards, we may refuse future transaction in the case of refusal of receipt.
We do not accept returns after you have placed your order.
Returns/Exchanges will only be issued for the following reasons:
- Damaged goods
- Received a different item from what you had ordered
If you received damaged goods or a different item from what you had ordered, make sure you contact firstname.lastname@example.org your order number, name, return item, within 10 days of receiving your order and return the items within 10 days.
If 10 days have exceeded after you receive the item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that you will have to pay for the shipping back to Keeenue.
Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Incomplete or used products may not be returned nor exchanged, or will be returned to you and the cost of the shipping will be payable by you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We do not accept returns/exchange for non-defective items.

We will confirm the arrival of the returned goods and refund the price if the return conditions are met.
For bank transfer and convenience store payment, we will refund to the designated account.
For credit card payment, we will cancel the billing.
Please note that we cannot handle partial cancellations when multiple orders are placed.

Cooling-off is a system that applies to door-to-door sales, and is not required to apply in mail-order sales.
